I had an incredible stay at this resort right by Napili Bay. The location is simply perfect for beach lovers, with easy access and beautiful views. My room was spacious and clean, offering a very comfortable experience. However, the value for money felt a bit off considering the rates, and the service could be improved as I had some issues with housekeeping. Overall, it's a lovely spot I'd love to return to!

I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. On one hand, the location was spectacular, right on Napili Bay with gorgeous views of the ocean, and the ambiance was truly relaxing. However, the service left much to be desired, as our room was hardly cleaned during our stay and we encountered some unpleasant issues with pests. Overall, while the beach experience was memorable, certain aspects could use improvement, especially considering the price we paid.

Staying at Hale Napili was a true delight! The oceanfront view from our condo was simply breathtaking, and having direct access to the beach made our vacation all the more special. The cleanliness of the rooms and the well-kept grounds added to the experience. We felt a wonderful sense of community among the guests. However, the parking situation in the area can be a bit tight, and if you forget your key code, it could lead to some hassle. All in all, it was a fantastic stay that I highly recommend.
